Managing from chat
You manage your tenant today through a clear, visual admin console — and the same controls are being opened up to plain conversation, so you'll be able to just ask bro to change things. This page explains both, honestly, and what's available now.
Today: your admin console
Every control this section describes lives in a GUI admin console scoped to your tenant:
- Branding — your name, logo, colors, and welcome copy.
- Governance — model policy (user-choice vs single default), your model allowlist, and limits. See Governance & model policy.
- Connectors — the tools bro can use. See Connecting your tools.
- Usage — how much your assistant is used, per provider and over time. See Usage & analytics.
- Handoff — turn human support on and manage the operator inbox. See Human support & handoff.
Each panel is point-and-click, changes are reviewed before they publish, and everything you can touch is your tenant's — never anyone else's.
Scoped by who you are
Management is always role-scoped, whether by console or by chat:
- A tenant admin (you) manages your own tenant — your branding, your policy, your usage. A cross-tenant change is structurally impossible for you.
- A platform operator (our team) manages tenants across the platform — creating one, verifying a domain.
- A guest gets no management at all — just help understanding what the assistant does.
Your tier is resolved from your verified sign-in, never from anything typed in a chat, so the boundary holds no matter what's asked.
Rolling out: manage by chatting
The goal is to let you skip the console when you'd rather talk: "Set our default model to the fast one," "Turn on human handoff," "How much did we use this week?" — and bro makes the change or reads the number, within your role, showing you exactly what it will do before any write.
The foundations are in place — the same governance, branding, and usage capabilities the console uses are available as tools, already role-scoped and confirm-gated. What's still being finished is the packaged, guarded conversational management mode that wires them into your main chat safely.
Honest status. Conversational tenant management is not yet a shipped feature. Manage your tenant through the admin console today; the chat-driven experience is on the way, behind the same role and confirm guarantees, and we'll mark this page live when it ships.
